LEVERAGE MECHANICAL SERVICES INC. is seeking an experienced Millwright to maintain and repair industrial machinery, ensuring reliability and uptime. You will troubleshoot and align equipment, coordinate with operations, and participate in safety programs in a demanding environment.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED, 5–10 years of Millwright experience, and a TWIC credential, with readiness to work a flexible schedule including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization
• 5–10 years of Millwright experience
• High school diploma or GED
• TWIC
• Experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
• Basic computer record-keeping skills
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Adhere to facility safety and environmental guidelines and participate in safety programs
• Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair and maintain industrial machinery for reliability
• Communicate with operations to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
• Work a flexible schedule including on-call, weekends, overtime, and holidays
• Operate in high or confined spaces
• Perform tasks such as lifting and standing for long hours in a hot, noisy environment
