LEVERAGE MECHANICAL SERVICES INC is seeking a Millwright Lead to manage large crews for new construction and maintenance projects. You will develop teams, drive employee ownership, and ensure safety and productivity targets are met in a demanding industrial setting.
The role requires 5–10 years of millwright or supervision experience, plus strong troubleshooting and fabrication skills. On-call and shift flexibility are expected in this leadership position.
The Millwright Lead will manage large-scale crews that execute critical work related to new construction and maintenance. They will facilitate team development and the growth of employee commitment and ownership while holding employees accountable. Additionally, the Millwright Lead will be responsible for providing safety training, coaching, team development, and performance management to the team. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and uptime.
The Millwright Lead may work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment. They may be required to work in high and/or confined spaces. They may need to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day. The work schedule may include flexible work hours, on-call, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
