hth companies seeks a Millwright to repair, maintain, and install industrial equipment used in manufacturing and production. You will handle pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and piping, reading highly technical instructions and blueprints to ensure precise alignment and functionality.

The position requires flexibility to work in varied conditions and environments, with hands-on use of welding tools and power equipment. OSHA 10 certification is required within 60 days of starting.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper operation of large industrial equipment and machinery.
• Uses hand tools, hoists, jacks, and power tools to assemble, install, align, and adjust piping, valves, pumps, and equipment.
• Conducts safety inspections and ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and company program.
• Dismantles or relocates existing equipment and gathers parts for repairs or modifications.
