Job summary

Plansee Group USA in Towanda, PA seeks a Millwright for an hourly, entry-to-mid level role. You will train under experienced personnel to install and maintain piping,Structural fittings, plus welding operations, following strict safety standards.

The position emphasizes safe operation of lift equipment, adherence to codes (NFPA, NEC, OSHA), and precise welding and rigging work to support high-tech metal production.

Qualifications

• A.A.S degree or equivalent vocational training is preferred.
• Successful completion of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Operator Training is required.
• Color vision requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, or repair piping systems and ensure leak-free operation.
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO, confined space, hot work permits, and NFPA/NEC/OSHA codes.
• Perform pipefitting methods: threaded, lined, grooved, welded; select and install correct valves.
• Identify and work with structural steel shapes and rigging equipment for equipment movement.
• Operate powered mobile equipment (lift trucks, scissor and boom lifts) as trained.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with all company, state, and federal safety regulations.
