Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety, assembly, operation, and maintenance instructions.

• Repetitive motions and manual tasks; lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install using hand tools and ladders.
• Dismantle machines using hand tools.
• Move machinery with hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
• Assemble and install equipment using hand and power tools.
• Align machines using hoists, jacks, etc.
• Bolt, weld, and fasten machinery to foundations.
• Operate engine lathe to shape parts.
• Set and align engines, motors, and conveyors.
• Grease and lubricate equipment.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, hoists, and other tools.
• Receive and offload major components.
• Install components for nacelle, hub, and tower preparation.
• Connect blades to hub and set base and tower sections.
• Assist with crane assembly and teardown.
• Climb ladders averaging 80m.
• Build relationships across diverse teams.
