Job summary

Sancrest Llc seeks an Apprentice Millwright to support safe, reliable operation of a modern wood products mill by assisting tradespeople in maintaining and improving production equipment.

You will learn on the job, perform basic preventive maintenance, assist with installation and repairs, and help with welding and fabrication tasks as qualified, all while following strict safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Interest in millwright work and hands-on maintenance.
• Willingness to learn through mentorship and structured training.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to support troubleshooting efforts.
• Comfort working in an industrial environment with a strong safety mindset.
• Basic understanding of welding/fabrication practices is an asset.
