Safety is our #1 priority.* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings for construction machines.* Rigging, moving, and setting equipment, such as HVAC units, using cranes and helicopters.* General maintenance on Industrial equipment.* Demolition as needed.* Take accurate measurements using precision tools.* Drilling, welding, bolting, and other duties as assigned.**Experience:*** 4+ years of experience as a Millwright or similar position.* A High School diploma or GED is required.**You need to be able to:*** Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.* Be punctual and reliable.* Work as a team.* Work in extremes of heat, cold, bad weather, indoors and outdoors.* Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry max of 60 lbs.* Work well in confined spaces.* Work above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.* Exercise motor control, with good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination.**Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is the region's leader in HVACR, Electrical, and Plumbing services.
