Canfor is seeking a Millwright for the Hermanville Sawmill to maintain, repair, install and modify sawmill equipment to maximize uptime and productivity. You will collaborate with the maintenance team to plan activities, troubleshoot issues and drive safety-first practices across the facility.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in industrial maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and a background in heavy industry.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Superior troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background in heavy industry and construction.
• Experience in industrial or wood products manufacturing, welding, and equipment reliability preferred.
