ARMI Hygienic Systems in Fayetteville, AR is seeking skilled Millwright Tradesmen. You will perform general and structural welding, assemble and install equipment, and move heavy machinery on customer sites.

This role requires reading a tape measure, lifting 50+ lbs, ability to travel up to 75%, and a valid driver's license. OSHA 10 is preferred; pre-employment drug screen and background check are required. We offer comprehensive benefits and a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10, preferred.
• Available to work overtime, weekends, and travel at least 75% of the time.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• General millwright welding.
• Structural steel welding.
• Demo, assemble, layout and install/re-install equipment.
• Identify and fix parts by making temporary repairs or installing new parts.
• Use forklifts, scissor lifts, or boom lifts to move/install equipment.
• Receive and offload trucks when equipment and supplies arrive at the jobsite.
• Clean up jobsites after completion.
