Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our field team in the Southeast. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment, plus the ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery.

Safety, precision, and teamwork are essential as you perform teardown/assembly, welding, use precision tools, read blueprints, and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced, industrial setting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Millwright in construction or industrial maintenance (preferably a steel mill).
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
