Didion Milling, Inc. in Cambria, WI is seeking a hands-on Millwright to diagnose, repair and maintain our industrial equipment supporting food‑grade ingredients, ethanol, and corn‑based products.

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunity for growth toward a Millwright Lead role. You will perform preventive maintenance, welding, fabricating, and component replacements while improving reliability and efficiency across the facility.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3–5 years of industrial maintenance, millwright, or construction experience.
  • Welding and fabrication experience required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and safely in an industrial environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild industrial equipment.
  • Complete preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
  • Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication work.
  • Replace belts, bearings, and mechanical components.
  • Support maintenance and construction projects across the facility.
  • Operate tools, testing equipment, and industrial vehicles safely.
  • Assist with equipment installation, alignment, and movement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reliability, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with Maintenance, Construction, and Production teams.

Compensation: $28-$32 per hour

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical challenges, and keeping operations running at peak performance? Didion is looking for a Millwright to join our team and play a critical role in supporting the production of food‑grade ingredients, ethanol, and other corn‑based products.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild industrial equipment

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of industrial maintenance, millwright, or construction experience
  • Welding and fabrication experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and safely in an industrial environment
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Physical & Work Environment
  • Work in an environment that may include dust, noise, heat, and cold
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Frequently climb stairs and ladders
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces when required
  • Ability to use required safety equipment and communicate via two‑way radio
