Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Millwork Specialist Interior Nights in Lexington, NC to safely manufacture high-quality millwork products. The role includes operating machinery, lifting, and teamwork to meet production targets and delivery deadlines.

The position offers a full-time night shift (Mon-Thu 3:30 PM–2:00 AM; OT on Fridays when applicable) with starting wages at $17.50/hour and periodic increases at 3, 6, and 12 months, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years forklift experience preferred (Standing, Electric).
• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills. (On-time attendance is a must.)
• Good problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills; can civily collaborate and interact with others.

Starting Salary: $17.50 (Increases at 3, 6, 12 months)

Summary

The purpose of this position is to safely manufacture high-quality products to specifications, while meeting or exceeding productivity targets. Team members may have different roles or positions, such as building, door pull, glass pull, and palletizing. Team members work together in the millwork facility to ensure that the product ordered by the store or customer meets their specifications, has no damage, and gets to the store by the due date. Some of the tasks performed by team members involve operating machinery, power tools, or power equipment. A team member may be assigned to receive and put away stock using power equipment, assemble products using machinery or power tools, or load outbound trucks using power equipment. The activities performed by Team Members are instrumental in a facility achieving or exceeding key performance indicator metrics.
