Job summary

Ameriscan Designs is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all production departments within an 80,000 SF facility. The role ensures staffing, scheduling, and KPI performance across carpentry, CNC, lamination, and finishing.

You will collaborate with purchasing, sales, design engineering and quality control to optimize operations, drive continuous improvement, and maintain safety standards while meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related manufacturing supervision experience.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Experience with the Innergy ERP is a plus but not required.
• Hands-on CNC, edge banders or laminate lay-up experience is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish/Polish is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all production departments to meet daily targets.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, SOPs and KPIs.
• Coordinate production activities with purchasing, sales and engineering.
• Manage production releases, schedules and real-time labor/material tracking in Innergy.
• Ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery across the plant.
• Train and coach staff, drive continuous improvement.
