Job summary

Raymond Building Supply, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Millwork Install and Service Lead to guide field crews through installation projects across southwest Florida.

This hands-on role directs fewer than 10 associates, ensuring timely, quality installation while following manufacturer specs and safety standards. A High School diploma and 4–6 years of millwork installation experience are required, with strong teamwork and customer service skills valued.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from the field supervisor regarding installation of millwork materials.
• Work with other installers to install millwork products as assigned and trained.
• Follow manufacturer directions and warranty requirements when installing products.
• Track time and materials as required for each installation project.
• Maintain all equipment in good order and report any malfunctions to field supervisor.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Attend all training to learn new technology of building materials and installation methods as required by location management.
• Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise.
• Retain an awareness of the work environment critical to the task at hand to produce error free and damage free results.
• Serves in a working lead role overseeing fewer than 10 associates, directing daily work assignments and coordinating activities in advanced installation to ensure quality standards and production schedules are met.

Founded in 1957, Raymond Building Supply supplies specialty building materials to customers across southwest Florida, operating multiple locations in the state, including custom millwork, wall panel and truss manufacturing facilities. Raymond's operations also include Jones Lumber, with locations in Boca Raton and Fort Pierce, and LouMac Distributors in Fort Myers.

A Brief Overview

Directs the work of Millwork Install and Service I, II & III who install and service millwork products. This position is a working role but is also responsible for leading a team who oversees the installation and service process in an efficient manner.
