Job summary

USA Millwork in Manassas, VA is seeking a Finisher/Sprayer to join our high-end architectural millwork team. You will finish products to customer specifications, prepare pieces for finishing, sand between coats, and mix colors to achieve satin or final finishes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of millwork finishing experience, proficiency with paints, and AWI shop experience. This is a hands-on role in a shop environment with varied tasks and minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in millwork finishing.
• Skilled with paints.
• Experience in AWI custom shop.

Responsibilities

• Finish on the completed product per customer specifications.
• Prepare work to enter the finishing area and sands between coats.
• Apply uniform coats of satin and/or finish.
• Mix colors as required.

• Responsible for the finishing on the completed product per the customer’s specifications.
• Responsible for preparing work to enter the finishing area and/or sands between coats of finish.
• Applies uniform coats of satin and/or finish on work.
• Has responsibility for mixing colors
• Other duties as assigned.
