Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a Millwork Estimator in Utah to produce accurate material quantity takeoffs for residential and multifamily millwork packages. You will review construction plans to determine material requirements for interior/exterior doors, trim, moldings, and related millwork products; support sales and operations with precise estimates and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing residential construction plans.
• Experience performing quantity takeoffs or estimating.
• Experience in millwork, finish carpentry, doors, trim, framing, or construction-related fields.
• Experience using Bluebeam Revu or similar plan review software.

Responsibilities

• Review residential and multifamily construction plans and specifications.
• Perform detailed material quantity takeoffs for interior/exterior doors, trim, moldings, and related millwork products.
• Quantify material requirements using Bluebeam software and estimating tools.
