Schwieters Companies is hiring a highly motivated full-time Millwork Estimator to join our team in Hugo, MN. The role focuses on estimating residential and some commercial millwork projects, with hybrid/remote options two days a week after training.

Responsibilities include analyzing drawings, obtaining vendor pricing, and using On-Screen Takeoff to generate detailed estimates. Local candidates preferred; pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• Analytical reading of blueprints and specs required.
• Estimating experience or millwork knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with Office 365 including Excel recommended.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specs, proposals to prepare labor/material estimates.
• Obtain pricing from vendors and include in estimates.
• Use On-Screen Takeoff to generate quantities and estimates for millwork.
