Woodweb is seeking a Millwork Engineer to design and revise residential custom cabinets using Cabinet Vision. The role requires strong CAD drawings, reading architectural plans, and producing detailed reports for manufacturing with S2M, Label-IT, and ALPHACAM.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as Millwork Engineer in residential cabinets with CabinetVision.
• Proficient in Cabinet Vision; knowledge of S2M, Label-IT and ALPHACAM.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and revisions of drawings using Cabinet Vision.
• Read and understand architectural plans and interpret sketches for a fully custom environment.
• Use Cabinet Vision to generate production reports (door, drawer, cabinet, molding lists, etc.).
• Create detailed drawings and reports for manufacturing with S2M.
• Work internally with sales and design; no direct customer interaction.
• Operate within Cabinet Vision version 2024 to achieve precise results.

Millwork Engineer– Residential Custom Cabinets with CabinetVision

Florida

Salary: 70k -120k DOE

Description

• Complete initial and revisions of drawings using Cabinet Vision.
• Must be able to read and understand architectural plans, interpret sketch drawings, think in a full custom environment where you will need to use CV in a way that you can achieve the results of a custom cabinet manufacture with clean detailed drawings where an attention to detail is of the upmost importance.
• Must have an elevated knowledge of the program top to bottom from the splash screen till you close the program, this position is not for beginners we are looking for experience.
• Using Cabinet Vision to process production by using generated reports from the program: creating detailed door, drawer, cabinet list, molding list, and other custom reports needed for manufacturing with S2M.
• The position is on the computer creating drawings within the program, there is no interaction with customers.
• Will be working internally with sales and design and on the computer day in and day out using Cabinet Vision and related programs to achieve results. Currently running version 2024.

Requirements

• 3-5 years plus as a Millwork Engineer in Residential Custom Cabinets with CabinetVision.
• Proficient in Cabinet Vision with knowledge of S2M, Label-IT and ALPHACAM.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office programs Excel, PowerPoint, Word Etc.
