Job summary

Archinect in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Intermediate Architect with 3-5 years of experience in residential design to join our team. You will lead projects under principal direction and coordinate with the team, producing designs, drawings, and detailed construction documents.

The role requires strong knowledge of NYC codes, zoning and LPC processes, plus proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape. Local candidates within NYC area are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in architecture.
• Experience with NYC residential projects and all phases of architecture.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape.
• Knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning and LPC processes.
• Keen interest in detailing and materials.
• Currently live in the New York City area.
