Job summary

NPAA is seeking a Milling Operator to run department mills and fill production batches in the Milling plant, involving KD Dyno Mills, ECM Dyno Mills, NetzschTurbo Mills, and related equipment. The role supports other operations areas such as Small Paint Plant, Large Paint Plant, Waterbase, and Shading.

The position requires adherence to SOPs and safety policies, operation of filling and cooling equipment, and accurate labeling of finished goods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form.
• Ability to present information and respond to inquiries or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, batch tickets, and process sheets.
• Adhere to safety policies.
• Operate equipment to fill batches and clean mill systems.
• Monitor mills, tanks, and process parameters.
• Fill finished goods into containers and label per IDOS.
• Operate forklift to move materials.
• Participate on improvement teams and submit ideas.
• Identify off-quality products and initiate corrective actions.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office to complete orders.
