What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with setup and operation of milling machines
• Remove asphalt using hand tools and cleanup equipment
• Manage traffic cones, flagging, and safety zones
• Load and unload milling debris and grindings
• Support machine operators and foreman with daily tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work zone

What We’re Looking For:

• No experience needed — training provided
• Comfortable around large equipment and moving machinery
• Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet
• Reliable transportation to job sites or shop in Appleton
• Attention to detail and focus on safety
• Willing to work early mornings and long hours
