What You’ll Be Doing:

• Rake, level, and shape gravel or base material
• Assist with setting grade using string lines, laser levels, or GPS
• Compact subgrade using tampers or plate compactors
• Set up and clean up job sites before and after work
• Work alongside operators and foremen to hit production targets
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work zones
