Job summary

Atlanta Paving & Concrete Construction is seeking a Milling Foreman to lead a milling crew on private, municipal, state and federal projects. You will supervise the crew, plan daily operations, ensure safety, and coordinate with contractors to meet specifications and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of asphalt milling experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• DOT physical required.
• Drug test clearance.
• Georgia DOT paving experience a plus.
• 3+ years in asphalt milling operations and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Milling Crew to complete site prep on multiple projects.
• Plan daily operations, allocate labor, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor quality, safety, and production against specs.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and inspectors to meet deadlines.
