Atlanta Paving & Concrete Construction, Inc. seeks a Milling Foreman to lead a milling crew on private, municipal, state and federal projects. You will plan daily operations, manage resources, ensure safety, and maintain quality to meet specifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Milling Superintendent, tracking production goals, and supervising crew performance on equipment and tasks, including night and weekend work when required.

Formación

• Valid Driver's License.
• Georgia DOT paving experience is a plus.
• Able to pass a drug test and a DOT physical.
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Thorough knowledge of milling operations and equipment.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and travel as required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with asphalt milling operations.

Responsabilidades

• Reports to Milling Superintendent and directs road surfacing activities.
• Coordinate production goals, labor, materials, scheduling and quality.
• Review project status with Milling Superintendent and adjust plans.
• Ensure crew understands objectives to meet daily goals.
