Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Steward to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment supporting our culinary teams and elevating guest experiences. You will help ensure highest standards across all outlets.

Earn a $1,000 gross sign-on bonus after completing a 90-day probationary period and probationary review. Must have legal US work status, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• TB clearance card required by Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a TB clearance card when working in food and beverage.
• Legal work authorization to work in United States.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Willingness to learn and support team needs across multiple outlets.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment using proper procedures and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, andemployee dining facilities
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Support the overall sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards
• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines
• Assist the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service

STEWARD

We are seeking a Steward who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment that supports our culinary teams and enhances the overall guest experience. As a Steward, you play a critical behind-the-scenes role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety ensures our kitchens and restaurants operate at the highest standards across all outlets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT TO BRING

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• A commitment to cleanliness, safety, and organization

• Willingness to learn and support team needs across multiple outlets

• Weekend and holiday availability
