Job summary

Global Cellulose Fibers seeks a Mechanical Reliability Leader for the New Bern Mill to drive mill-wide reliability initiatives and reduce downtime.

You will lead development and maintenance of MWS, RCFA, SRR, PdM, Preventative Maintenance, and other reliability systems, while mentoring engineers and overseeing capital projects. A BS in engineering and 10+ years in manufacturing/reliability are required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in an engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance experience.
• Formal reliability training or experience implementing reliability systems.
• ME certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive mill-wide reliability improvement plans to reduce downtime.
• Develop and maintain key reliability systems: MWS, RCFA, SRR, RI, MPM, PdM, Preventative Maintenance, and others.
• Provide guidance for direct reports: Utilities Reliability, Fiberline, Finished Products, PPM Crew FLL.
• Audit GMTI and MPM training efforts and champion reliability-related capital projects.
• Perform failure analysis with Technology and Best Practices Database.
