Must have the following:

• Mechanical inclination
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
• Highly self-motivated
• Prior welding experience, preferably stick welding; any welding experience is a plus
• Responsibility for keeping the mill fed with material and following material splices through the machine to ensure they do not reach a customer
• Responsible for posting all Tube Mill production accurately, quality monitoring, assisting in tube mill changeovers, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping duties
• This is a physical, fast-paced job critical to the operation of the tube mills
