Job summary

J.M. Huber Corporation is seeking a Mill Utility I to safely feed rock to the process plant and assist maintenance. This role supports loading customer trucks and performing shipping duties as needed.

The ideal candidate embraces teamwork, follows PM schedules, and maintains cleanliness and safety standards. High school diploma or equivalent required, with willingness to learn milling operations and comply with environmental permits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow procedures accurately.
• Able to lift 55 lbs and work in a 12-hour shift.
• Willingness to learn milling processes and support maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Load customer trucks per procedures and customer expectations.
• Perform duties of shipping operator as needed, including paperwork and receiving.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on plant feed system and document inspections.
• Operate front-end loader to move materials and maintain tank levels.
• Complete daily paperwork and assist with inventory and reports.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in milling areas; monitor product quality and adjust blends as needed.
• Collaborate with Mill Operators and Maintenance and participate in continuous improvement.
