Qualifications

• Duties include general housekeeping and maintenance inspections on machines, tools and equipment.
• Duties may include loading materials into production machines; moving raw and scrap materials, finished products and equipment.
• Tube milling procedures (MFG-L4-2) and mill hook up/spooling procedures (MFG-L4-3).

Responsibilities

• Help to setup the mill for different specifications, product dimensions
• Help to filled out all documents
• Load empty spool onto the spooling stand
• Help to wind the milling tubing on to the spool
• Help cleaning out the mill roller after the changes over occurs
• Help discarding the scrap material onto the scrap container.
