Job summary

SURGE Staffing seeks a dependable Rubber Mill Room Production Operator for the Killbuck, Ohio plant. The role operates rubber mill equipment, prepares compounds, and supports production while upholding quality and safety.

This full-time, first-shift position offers weekly pay, training on the job, and opportunities for growth in a stable manufacturing team. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks in a warm, dusty environment.
• Good reading, math, and measuring skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber mill room equipment safely and efficiently.
• Mix and prepare rubber compounds according to production specifications.
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and SOPs.
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed.
