Job summary

Specialty Granules LLC is seeking a Mill Supervisor to direct Milling, Intermediate, Primary and Quarry operations in Pembine, WI. You will lead safety initiatives, oversee maintenance planning, and drive production to meet tonnage and quality targets.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to MSHA and EPA regulations, and hands-on supervision of multiple departments. A proactive approach to safety and housekeeping is essential.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship (visa not provided).
• Knowledge of MSHA rules and EPA regulations; safety-focused mindset.
• Strong leadership with ability to direct multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Direct Milling, Intermediate, Primary and Quarry operations to ensure safety, health, productivity and environmental compliance.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance planning; generate and close work orders in Maximo.
• Review mill performance, tonnage targets and grading; adjust processes to meet specs.
• Conduct monthly toolbox talks and safety trainings; monitor PPE usage and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Monitor baghouse operation, EPA reporting, and housekeeping for clean, safe facilities.
• Record shift tonnage, report equipment issues, and ensure timely corrective actions.
