Ideal candidates are dependable, able to stand for long periods, read a tape measure, and work well in a team. Pre-employment drug screening and work authorization in the U.S. are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment.
• Inspect lumber and materials for quality.
• Feed and position materials into machinery.
• Trim boards to required measurements.
• Stack, bundle, and organize finished products.
• Maintain production speed while meeting quality standards.
• Monitor equipment and report any issues.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Grade and Finish.
• Assist team members as needed.
