Job summary

ND Paper is hiring a Process Control Tester to perform laboratory testing and analysis that support the safe and efficient operation of our Rumford mill. The role involves collecting samples, running established test methods, and communicating results to mill leadership.

You will help with process optimization, trials, and equipment commissioning while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience performing laboratory testing and analysis to support mill operations.
• Ability to maintain safety as a core value and follow established procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct established test methods and collect samples from designated locations.
• Maintain sample integrity and proper chain of custody.
• Provide timely information to Operations and mill leadership for decision-making.
• Support process optimization and troubleshoot laboratory issues as needed.
• Assist with trials, new products, and equipment commissioning when required.
