Prospect Mold and Die in Ohio is seeking a Machine Operator/Programmer to maximize machine utilization and throughput in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will review daily schedules, retrieve data, create programs, ensure proper tooling and materials, and work with supervision to meet or beat throughput goals.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of machine operator experience, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset; willingness to work required hours.

• 3–5 years of Machine Operator experience
• Attention to detail is essential
• Self-motivated to start and complete projects

Responsibilities

• Review the machine line up and schedule on a daily basis
• Retrieve data and create programs to maximize machine utilization
• Operate machines to achieve maximum throughput and inform management of completion times
• Inform management of anticipated conflicts for future operations
• Ensure parts machined meet data and tolerance requirements
• Participate in throughput improvement activities
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Complete required preventative maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
