Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operate the mill and all supporting stations from entry to bundling table.
• Actively participate in mill changeovers and operation of the mill.
• Safely and effectively operate and maintain process in cleaning and coatings.
• Communicate with other crewmembers to achieve target goals, as well as support departments.
• Troubleshoot equipment, product quality, and bottleneck issues, and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow explicit customer specifications and ensure execution of such in the end product.
