• Actively participate in mill changeovers and operation.
• Safely operate and maintain processes in cleaning and coatings.
• Communicate with crewmembers to hit target goals and support departments.
• Troubleshoot equipment, product quality, bottlenecks, and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow explicit customer specifications to ensure correct end product.
