Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dependable Mill Operator to join our manufacturing client’s team in Illinois.

You will safely operate production equipment, monitor processes, and perform quality inspections in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn new equipment; you’ll handle materials, complete production paperwork, and support daily production goals on a 12-hour rotating shift with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience operating milling machinery and following safety procedures.
• Attention to detail to ensure product quality and documentation accuracy.
• Mechanical aptitude and capability to learn new equipment quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mill and production equipment according to procedures.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor processes to maintain quality and efficiency.

• Make basic equipment adjustments and assist with changeovers.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
