As our mill operator, you will maintain all grinding, flotation, thickening, and pressure filtration units to keep our production running and profitability high. You will work at a mine on a remote island about 18 miles outside of Juneau, Alaska. Safety is our top priority: you will inspect your workplace daily and perform safe, efficient job assignments, paperwork, and reports for production activity. To succeed, you must be able to maintain all process-related systems and equipment, including apron feeders, conveyors, and SAG, ball, and tower mills. Working independently is essential as we are on a remote island.
