Over time, you expand your technical capabilities across milling, equipment operation, material handling, and fabrication, becoming a trusted, versatile contributor whose work directly supports the successful construction of every Gastineau home.

Learning and Development

This role includes hands-on mentorship from experienced mill and production leaders who understand the full lifecycle of crafting log and hybrid homes.
