Morton Salt, Inc. is seeking a Mill Manager to direct and coordinate activities across the Mill operations (Pellets, Bemis, Flake & Mesh) for multiple product grades with strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.
The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing, supervisory experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, plus proficiency in SAP and MS Office to drive KPIs and budgets. This on-site leadership position supports a sustainable, team-oriented culture.

The Mill Manager directs and coordinates activities of the Mill (Pellets, Bemis, Flake & Mesh) of Industrial, Food grade and Pharmaceutical grade salt by performing the tasks listed below either personally or through hourly bargaining unit employees.
