Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years maintenance experience with at least three in supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and a maintenance management system.
• Demonstrated problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead change and operate at world-class levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of plant equipment and supervise the crew.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and coordinate with outside contractors.
• Develop and implement process, design, and operational improvements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and help meet production budgets.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity through leadership and training.
