Qualifications

• Entry-level general labor position in a mill environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs (100 lbs with assistance) and work in diverse conditions.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean assigned areas and sign off when completed.
• Assist with unloading ingredients from rail cars/trucks.
• Clean up feed spills and perform ground-keeping duties with landscaping tools.
• Use PPE and follow safety procedures; operate in hot, dusty, wet, or cold environments.
• Move pallets using PIT; communicate with operations, customers, and vendors as required.
• Adhere to Tyson Health and Safety protocols and biosecurity guidelines.
