Responsibilities

• Load slit coils on payoff reels and load welding machine.
• Maintain zinc pot and keep area clean, including drossing as needed.
• Assist in mill changeovers and coil handling per supervisor instructions.
• Re-band coils on payoff reel or master coil as required.
• Support welder by feeding strip and preparing materials.
• Operate scanning systems and follow defined work instructions.
