DFA is seeking a Receiving Operator to pump incoming raw milk or cream from tanker trucks into storage tanks and record volumes with a focus on quality. You will collect samples, monitor temperature, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or license may be required during course of employment.

Responsabilités

• Pumps incoming raw milk from tanker into storage tanks.
• Document and record volume, weight and temperature readings.
• Perform CIP on tankers and silos with proper documentation.
• Gather samples of raw milk from tanker for testing.
• Maintain GMP and comply with health and safety regulations.
