Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is hiring a Milk Receiver to load and unload tanker milk, transfer to storage tanks and maintain strict sanitation. The role requires adherence to GMP, HACCP and SQF procedures and accuracy in documentation. You will operate PLC-monitored equipment and may work at heights or in wet environments.

The candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and English fluency. Training on safety, PPE, and food safety will be provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for communication and documentation.
• Must be able to read and interpret receiving documents and procedures.
• Able to work in a wet environment and in high places when needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload milk from tanker trucks and transfer to storage tanks.
• Sanitize unloading equipment and ensure proper cleaning of lines and silos.
• Monitor equipment, check seals and loads, document volumes and keep accurate records.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain records for Food Safety and Loss Control per SOPs.
