Job summary

DFA is seeking a Receiving/Quality Technician at its Portales, NM facility to unload tankers, load out cream, and perform quality tests on milk while ensuring GMP and HACCP compliance. You will CIP tankers and silos, maintain sanitation, and document processes with a focus on minimizing product losses.

The role requires teamwork, accuracy in calculations, and the ability to follow directions and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Unload tankers safely and meet targets
• CIP tankers and silos; maintain timely CIP of silos and tanks
• Load out cream meeting quality and customer requirements
• Complete master sanitation and maintain a clean environment
• Identify causes of product losses and seek solutions
• Follow all plant and regulatory policies and procedures
• Inspect raw materials and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance
• Adhere to safety and documentation standards
