Job summary

dfa in Missouri is seeking a Milk Handler to pump incoming raw milk or cream from tanker trucks into storage tanks and document volumes with a strong emphasis on product quality and accurate inventory records.

The candidate will perform CIP on tanks, gather samples for testing, weigh tank contents, monitor temperatures, and promptly report any food safety or quality issues to management while maintaining clean and safe work practices in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or general work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CIP on each tanker and silo while maintaining proper documentation of each process.
• Gather samples of raw milk from tanker for testing of product.
• Weigh tanker on scales; check and record proper temperature and weight readings.
• Report any food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with state and federal health and safety regulations.
• Follow DFA GMP and corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
