Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is hiring a Milk Intake Operator I at our United States facility. You will manage incoming product, coordinate truck movements, and perform quality testing to uphold milk safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and strong teamwork to achieve production goals. We offer a starting rate of $22.59 per hour with two raises in the first year, a $1.50 shift differential and Sunday double time, plus medical, dental,

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of Food Service, Food Plant or Sanitation experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow QA policies.

Responsibilities

  • Complete general cleaning of area, wash down bays, walls and other facilities as needed.
  • Load and unload trucks and weigh in/out truckloads.
  • Operate truck scales and track loads with computerized systems.
  • Conduct antibiotic tests to ensure quality of milk.
  • Follow safety protocols and SOPs; report hazards to management.
