Job summary

OT Training Solutions LLC is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to operate on-site at Fort Polk, LA and Fort Irwin, CA. You will manage GFP and TADSS property, perform data entry and inventory control, process shipments, and support maintenance orders and reporting.

Applicants should have 2+ years in military warehouse operations, familiarity with TS-MATS/GCSS-Army, and proficiency in MS Office. A background check is required; US citizenship preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years experience in military warehouse operations.
• Practical experience with Army logistics management systems and stock control records.
• Familiar with TS-MATS, TADSS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate the warehouses on site and manage GFP and TADSS property.
• Perform data entry, inventory management and material handling.
• Assist with incoming shipment and ensure equipment issuance and maintenance orders are recorded.
• Provide GFP reports and utilize GCSS-Army and TS-MATS as directed.
• Complete weekly TADSS Usage reports with location-based usage stats and priority work orders.
• Prepare Monthly Sensitive, Explosive, and Hazardous Material reports with inventory location and quantity.
• Process TADSS requests and confirm unit authorization to receive equipment.
• Record demand for material by date, unit and equipment type and ensure stock on hand.
• Produce requests, lists, records and reports using TS-MATS, TADSS and MS Word.
• Troubleshoot user-level TADSS equipment and escalate when needed.
