Job summary

Seventh Dimension LLC is seeking an HR Transition/Support Specialist to education, coach, and guide Naval Special Warfare Service Members through military-to-civilian transition. You will develop individualized transition plans, connect members with education, employment, and community resources, and lead workshops to improve outcomes.

The role supports force readiness and veteran success by navigating complex transition requirements and delivering tailored support resources.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Valid U.S. drivers license.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelors degree or 5+ years related experience.
• At least 3 years supporting military personnel, veterans, or military families.
• Knowledge of veteran employment, education, training, and transition programs.
• Working knowledge of community resources and applicable federal/state employment laws related to individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct transition needs assessments for Naval Special Warfare Service Members.
• Track milestones and identify barriers to success.
• Provide individualized coaching and transition planning support.
• Identify education, certification, apprenticeship, internship, and employment opportunities.
• Support access to mentoring, advocacy, and transition resources.
• Develop transition training materials and workshops.
• Maintain the Transition Resource Guide and Resource Directory.
• Establish partnerships with employers, educational institutions, veteran-serving orgs, and government agencies.
• Conduct stakeholder outreach to enhance transition support services.
• Coordinate referrals and continuity-of-support activities.
• Collect and report program performance metrics and outcomes.
• Maintain program records per Government requirements.
